General Terms
bdta1 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdta1 and its users.

2.1 Registration Requirements

- Any suspicious activity must be reported to bdta1 immediately.
- If any information on the account changes, it must be updated without delay.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bdta1 reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. Before processing a deposit or withdrawal request, bdta1 may ask for a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary restrictions on the account.
Age Restriction
The bdta1 platform is for adults only. Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to create an account on bdta1 and to use any gaming services.
21+ only. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
bdta1 may request necessary documents to verify a user's age at any time. If a user opens an account by providing a false age, all transactions on that account will be considered void.
Bonuses and Promotions
bdta1 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions and may be changed at any time.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

Deposits and Withdrawals
bdta1 handles financial transactions through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Withdrawal Timeframe
After a withdrawal request is approved, bdta1 generally transfers the funds within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, the verification process or other circumstances may cause a slight delay.
5.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
- The payment method used on the account and the registered name must match.
- Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
- If any bonus funds are active, the withdrawal conditions may differ.
- bdta1 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
- Funds from fraudulent or illegal sources will not be accepted.
5.3 Refunds and Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair and secure environment on the bdta1 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking the bdta1 system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassing, intimidating, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users.
- Impersonating bdta1 staff or providing a false identity.
- Exploiting any technical advantage to alter game outcomes.
If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, bdta1 reserves the right to permanently close that account without notice and confiscate all balances.
